During the online program, you will access the Bellevue Online Learning Portal. Each of the 8 modules is presented along with videos, references, assignments, chat, engagement exercises, and collaborative sessions. Throughout the online program, you will solve a real or hypothetical real-world problem and apply your learning toward a Capstone Project. By the end of the course, you will have your own Professional Customer Experience Portfolio filled with tools and resources to apply at your organization.
Your Online Learning Experience Includes:
