Carissa Edstrom is a dedicated and passionate professional who has shared experience in sales, recruitment and customer reach spanning 20 years across multiple industries. Carissa’s belief is that positive customer experience and customer success are the building blocks that create brand loyalty. Her mantra is “listen to learn not to respond, be curious, and continue to engage, growth is continual, customer voice continues to evolve”.
Carissa was recently promoted to Managing Director at Experis, where she leads a team of Business Development Managers and Recruiters to deliver IT Talent and Solutions to clients across Washington.
Carissa is an advocate and active volunteer with ChickTech for the ACT-W (Advancing Careers of Technical Women) events. She enjoys being part of an organization providing STEM education to girls in communities with little to no exposure to technology and mentors. She continues to be a leading voice for Women in Tech and Women in Leadership, seeing the value diversity and inclusion can bring to small and large organization.
Personally, Carissa and her husband Ryan recently added a sweet pug puppy named Griffey to their family. She prides herself on being the #1 Aunt to her nieces & nephew, enjoy daily rides on her peloton, and looks forward to concerts and sporting events in the future.
