Andrew increases team productivity by moving diverse teams from the leader-follower model to the leader-leader model. That way team members take ownership and pride in delivering their best work.

Andrew’s journey started when he moved from Belize to the US on a college scholarship. Andrew earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Marine Biology. He learned about software development at his first job after graduate school.

Andrew has traveled extensively. He has visited all 7 continents and over 50 countries. He loves playing guitar and enjoying the great outdoors with his wife and two children.
